HOW DOES OUR TRAINING LOOK LIKE?
Groups
Exercise is carried out in small groups where the trainer will adapt the running programme to meet the goals and interests of the group.
Running in a small group also means the coach can focus on all the participants equally and constantly thus providing quality feedback at all times. It is the closest thing to personal training, without the extra cost
Trainer always runs by your side
In this training, the trainer always runs by your side, providing motivation and feedback with corrections throughout the training session.
Beginners (those of you who are about to take your first running steps)
We offer a easy workout in a group with a combination of walking, running and various strengthening and stretching exercises.
Recreational and advance runners (those of you who are already into running, doing several kilometres at once)
We offer an advance workout in suitable groups with proper analysis of running technique and the right plan for progress and motivation. More stress will also be given to measurements and testing.

London Eye, Regent’s park, Victoria park, Canary Wharf, Wormwood Scrubs, take your pick.

Strength and stretching exercises
Every session will bring something new and will include many interesting strengthening and stretching exercises that will be a pleasant addition to the workout. All groups will first focus on learning running techniques. But before doing any serious exercise, we will talk about proper running equipment.

WHY RUN?
Running is one of the healthiest forms of recreation. When running the entire body is active loosing the extra weight and strengthening the cardio-vascular system. Running is a basis for general endurance which is necessary in our everyday lives. Furthermore when running the body produces the ‘happiness hormone’ serotonin which helps us to relax and reduce stress levels.
Running is great because you can do it every day of the year and in any kind of weather. You really can run any time and anywhere, but you need the proper equipment and the right personalised training.
CAN EVERYONE RUN?
Everyone can run, but unfortunately most people run in an incorrect and unhealthy way. Bear in mind that running really becomes healthy when using the right technique, otherwise injuries can easily occur. Only when we have overcome the flaws in technique and learn to run correctly can we achieve longer distances and with more ease. Feeling more relaxed and enjoying running to the fullest without injuries.
