We are a dedicated team, with over 15 years of experience, training both professional athletes as well as beginners.

High-quality exercise is adapted to suit the group, and we strive to make training and exercise enjoyable. An individual is formed integrally through sport, as it provides physical activity, internal balance, health and even personal development.

We bring sport close to an individual or a group in a professional and fun way, and make sure it becomes a part of their everyday life.

Blaz is the Founder and owner of Shape Sports and Pulse Sports.
For the past thirteen years, he has been a personal trainer, athletics coach and ski instructor. He actively trained athletes for several years before deciding to pass on the knowledge, skills and passion for fitness to others through his own companies and programs. He has worked abroad as a ski instructor in Europe and Australia.

Soon after his studies at the Faculty of Sports, Blaz became employed by the Faculty of Engineering to teach physical education to the Engineering students. While working as a sports educator, he actively participated in numerous marathons and has finished over 15 full marathons, 7 triathlons and half Ironman races. One of his most memorable experiences included the opportunity to work as a official professional partner at LONDON 2012 – SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES.

Miha is full of energy, infectiously happy and a true sportsman at heart!

He is a master of many sports including cycling, running, gymnastics, kayaking, basketball, karate, skiing, snowboarding, cross    country skiing, swimming,frisbee, Nordic walking, autonomous diving … There is hardly a sport that he has not technically perfected.

Miha studied at the faculty of sports, qualifying him to professional teach and train in athletics, football, handball, gymnastics, Nordic  walking, frisbee, swimming, skiing, snowboarding and Pilates.

Miha has taught skiing, gymnastics, swimming, Nordic walking, snowboarding for several years now. He taught both preschool and school youth as well as adults of all age groups. Expect a high energy, very motivating and highly enjoyable training session with Miha.
